Komatsu Recognizes Linder’s Joe DeOreo as One of the Best Product Support Representatives in North America

Linder Industrial Machinery's Joe DeOreo's reputation as a Product Support Representative now extends far beyond his home territory of Fort Myers, Florida; Komatsu picked Joe as one of its finalists for the PSR National Championship.

"It was my honor to represent Linder & Komatsu. I think it's great that Komatsu recognizes people at the dealer level who are out in the field representing their product," says Joe.

Every year, Komatsu holds a Product Support Representative competition. Judges score individuals on various industry topics like sales, customer impact, and participation in Komatsu programs. Joe is one of only four winners in North America.

"It has been an honor & privilege to work for Linder and support the Komatsu product, says Joe. "I can honestly say that I have worked for the greatest heavy equipment distributor in the industry, and it doesn't hurt that I get to support the best equipment there is with Komatsu! Linder & Komatsu make it easy for me to do my job and keep our customers happy."

DeOreo's manager is pleased to see Joe recognized nationally for his dedication in Florida.

Joe is a twenty-five-year veteran at Linder. He started as a service tech and is now a veteran PSR who mentors junior techs and his fellow PSRs.
