Apprentices master a diverse array of essential industry disciplines, including:
- Core Fundamentals: Electrical and electronics, hydraulics, and A/C fundamentals.
- Advanced Systems: Powertrains, diesel fuel systems, and exhaust aftertreatment.
- Specialized Field Skills: Welding, oxy-cutting, and undercarriage fundamentals.
- Manufacturer Expertise: Specified machine training utilizing the world-renowned Komatsu Academy course list.

- The Matco Tooling Program: High-quality tools are a technician’s lifeblood. Linder partners with Matco to supply apprentices with a premium starter tool set on their very first day. Complete the program and stay with Linder for 24 months, and that entire tool set is yours to keep, completely free.
- The $5,000 Bonus Option: If you are a graduate of a two-year tech school and already have your own tools, you can opt for a financial bonus instead, paying out $1,250 every six months over your two-year apprenticeship.
